Support the Chamber that supports you.
The Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce was established in 1952 by local business people to help local businesses – something that still rings true today. You may be surprised to see how many different ways that is being done. Some of the benefits are direct, such as networking. Still, other benefits are indirect, such as government relations that serve as an advocate for your business, allowing you to succeed.
Whether you have time to become an active, regular participant or if you never leave your place of work, you can find real, bottom-line value in your Chamber membership. We are passionate about improving our community! We are a volunteer-driven organization with a 29 member Board of Directors, 5 advocacy committees, and a dedicated staff that works collaboratively to meet our goals and mission. Please contact us at (907) 452-1105 or info@fairbankschamber.org if you have any questions about becoming a member.

Advocacy
We are the voice of business; advocating for business at the local, state and federal levels of government. You don’t have time to stay on top of all the local, regional, and state issues which could impact your business, but that’s at the heart of what we do. We keep you informed so that you can concentrate on growing your business. Your organization has a say in what happens in government through the Chamber's advocacy. Your ability to influence public policy on common business problems becomes greater as more voices are added to advocate on behalf of businesses like yours.
Members and their employees have the opportunity to serve on any of our committees.
