Lead Carpenter/Foreman
Pay: $35+/HR Depending on experience
Full-Time Position with Flexible Schedule (Operations run 7 days a week)
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Lead Carpenter/Foreman to join a well-established construction company. This full-time role requires a consistent schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team and overseeing a variety of construction tasks, including carpentry, concrete, plumbing, electrical, heating, roofing, snow removal, and aisle fitting
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
- Ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition
- Adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and deadlines
- Arriving to work on time and prepared for each day
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience across multiple construction trades
- Own basic hand tools
- Drug-free work environment and background screening required
