    The Fairbanks Pipeline Training Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time front desk receptionist/office assistant. This position will be in-person at our main facility. The typical schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM, with occasional assistance needed on weekends during special events.
     
    Primary Duties
    Greet and direct visitors
    Answer phone calls
    Maintain reception area and office supplies
    Event support (assist with set up/take down, catering, restock supplies, etc.)
    Aid instructors with classroom set up and student processing
    Assist grants administrator with data collection & entry
    Other duties as assigned
     
    Qualifications
    Professional presentation and attitude. You are the first impression visitors will receive of the training center, so a friendly, helpful & professional attitude is paramount.
    Well-versed in verbal and written communication.
    Ability and willingness to be flexible and assist where needed. We are a small office and wear many hats to keep the training center running smoothly.
    High School Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant office experience, or equivalent higher education.

    This position will be paid hourly, $20+ DOE. Any hours worked more than 40 hours in a work week or 8 hours in a day will be paid at 1 ½ times the hourly wage rate.  Pay day is weekly.
