Behavior Health Aide/Residential Care Coordinator needed for the management and operation of an apartment facility that caters to adults with chronic mental illness.
One year training or education in counseling, behavior health and/or social services is a plus.
Looking for an individual with strong verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to solve dilemmas and crisis situations
Duties Include:
- Closely monitor resident behavior and document. Report observations and
- problems.
- Monitor usage of resident medication.
- Provide assessments on individual and group skills development.
- Ensure maintenance of safety and sanitary conditions in client apartments; teaches
- or assists as necessary.
- Perform housekeeping chores in staff office, bathroom, kitchen, and common areas.
- Laundry as needed.
- Help meal prep for following day.
- Cook dinner for residents.
- Help to plan evening events.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time position with pay starting at $22-$24/HR Depending on experience ** applicants must have flexibility to work any day of the week -Available shifts being 4pm-midnight or midnight -8am.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background will be viewed
- Drugfree environment
