Currently seeking an Educational Program Director to oversee the Child Care Program department of a Fairbanks facility.
This role is primarily responsible for the daily operations, financial viability and directly providing customer services while also supervising and guiding the program supervisor and other staff.
Candidates must have a minimum of an associate’s degree and previous experience as a Program Supervisor or Manager in an early learning program to be considered for this position.
Relocation assistance is available/negotiable for candidates within Alaska
Minimum Qualifications:
- An associate’s degree in early childhood education
- Previous experience as a Program Supervisor or Manager in an early childhood program.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Excel
- Background will be viewed
- Drug free work environment
