    Position Summary

    Information Insights is seeking a Consultant to join our growing team. The successful Consultant  brings excellent project management and team leadership skills, curiosity and a growth orientation, exceptional verbal and written communication. The Consultant will join a highly-collaborative work environment with opportunities to lead on existing projects, and manage new projects in areas of professional interest and skill.  

    The Consultant will be responsible for client relationship building and communication, overseeing project timelines and budgets, leadership of internal project teams, and ensuring deliverables are fulfilled to our clients’ satisfaction. A successful Consultant will trust in themselves, their abilities, and skill set. This position provides a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative company-wide effort to hone and grow our business strategy, culture, and approach that will advance the company into its next 25 years of providing quality consulting.

    What We Offer

    • Information Insights practices a reduced work week schedule - 35 hours per week is considered full-time and salaries are commiserate with that

    • $60,000 to $70,000 annual based on 35 hrs/wk

    • Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company

    • 15 days paid Personal Leave, 17 paid Holidays, paid Year-end Office Closure (4 days), and ½ day per month public service or education time

    • Employer managed employee health insurance plan with 80% of premium paid by employer

    • Employer managed 401k retirement plan with a 4% employer match

    • $500 + 16-hour discretionary training / professional development stipend

    • Flexibility to set individual work schedule within the limitations of labor laws and project timelines

    • Ability to work remotely for designated periods of time or work from home
