• Dispatch Admin

    Immediately seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Dispatch admin for the office of a Fairbanks electric services company. 
     
    Must have excellent customer service and phone skills and the ability to problem solve.  Previous experience with QuickBooks as well as accounts receivable is a plus.
     
    Duties Include:
    • Answering phones
    • Assisting customers/taking info to determine needs.
    • Prepare work orders.
    • Data entry 
    • Scheduling 
    • Reconciling payments
    • Preparing deposits 
    • Follow up with technicians to ensure all paperwork is collected and entered into the system.
    • Filing
    • Other job-related administrative tasks as needed. 
     
    Full-time hours, Monday -Friday 8am-430pm with pay starting at $19-$21/HR depending on experience.
     
    Minimum Requirements:
    • At least 1 year of work-related experience performing similar duties.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word & Outlook
    • Background will be viewed.
    • Drug free environment
