GENERAL DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE The Cold Climate Housing Research Center is a private non-profit corporation that promotes sustainable, durable, healthy building technologies in the Circumpolar North. Our research includes public education, policy analysis, economic research and deployment pertaining to housing in cold climates.
