Storm Drain Art Contest Deadline

Are you interested in using art to keep our water bodies healthier? The annual Storm Drain Art Contest is open to all ages. It is a fun way to get outside and help our community keep our rivers clean. For the past eight years, TVWA and partners have invited local artists to submit design proposals, and then if picked, paint selected storm drains in downtown Fairbanks area on Lacey Street. The 2021 deadline for submissions is Saturday, May 1. The art installation is scheduled for Saturday, June 5, 2021. 10 winners receive $100 each!
