Explore Fairbanks Site Inspection of over 25 meeting spaces and hotels

Who is invited? à You—and other community members who are involved with planning and hosting meetings in Fairbanks.
 
What is this now?  à This is a tour-blitz that occurs over two-days.  We meet at Morris Thompson Cultural & Visitors Center in the morning, and we will visit with management of various hotel properties and meeting/event spaces—visiting about 25 locations!
 
When is the Spring tour happening? à The dates are Wednesday/Thursday April 24^th and 25^th.
 
What is provided? à Transportation is provided by Explore Fairbanks, as well as lunch for both days.  Upon confirming your attendance, please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions.

• There will be a fair amount of walking during these tours—be prepared, or please let me know of you require any accommodations that will assist you in this educational opportunity.
• Space is very limited on this tour.  Please send only one representative from your organization to ensure that there is room for all that can attend.  If there is space, we can certainly add more of your colleagues closer to the tour dates.
• This is a completely FREE tour and a great educational opportunity for anyone who has job responsibilities that include meeting/event planning!
