?? About Dr. Brandon Boylan:
Dr. Boylan is a Professor of Political Science at UAF and Director of Arctic and Northern Studies. His research focuses on international security, terrorism, ethnic conflict, and separatist movements. He has been published in top academic journals and has participated in security workshops at Johns Hopkins, Columbia, and American University. He holds a Ph.D. in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.?? About the UAF Department of Global Languages and Literatures:
