Welcome to the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce – Online! Our Chamber is the premier advocacy organization for business in Fairbanks dedicated to advancing the prosperity of the Interior, improving the business climate, advocating on behalf of our members and offering networking and promotional opportunities through seminars, forums, annual events and more! The Chamber works in conjunction with citizens, businesses and organizations, educational and governmental partners to provide a positive business environment and improve the quality of life in Fairbanks.

The many priorities of the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce include reducing the high cost of energy, encouraging new oil production, supporting projects that will bring gas to the Interior, strengthening the military presence in Alaska and supporting a strong education system. Our Government Relations Committee monitors business-related legislation at the local, state and federal levels and measures its possible effects on the business community. This committee works diligently to establish and maintain relationships with the local, state and federal government. Our committees are an important part of the organization and we encourage you to get involved to help make a difference.

In addition to our business advocacy efforts, the Chamber offers many programs and events that help promote your business. To make the most of your membership, I strongly encourage you to get involved and participate in the activities of the Chamber. As with anything, the more you put into the Chamber, the more you will get out of it! Join a committee that focuses on a topic that interests you, sponsor and attend a Chamber event, or network with other local business leaders and professionals at our weekly luncheons and showcase/after hours events.
