  • Policy: This event is held rain or shine. Refunds will ONLY be given in the event that the Fairbanks Chamber cancels the Grande Parade.

  • Parade Route

    • Starts at the Carlson Center and proceeds downtown along 1st Ave.
    • Turns right onto Barnette St.
    • Turns left onto 2nd Ave.
    • Turns right onto Noble St.
    • Ends at Co-OP Market and Deli.

    Parade Fees & Deadlines

    • Nonprofit / Community: $200
    • For-Profit / Commercial: $300
    • Campaign: $350
    • Just for Fun / Non-Promotional: $75
    • Late Fee: $50 (applied after July 12)
    • Final Registration Deadline: July 17, 2026

    Safety and Participation

    ⚠️ Mandatory Safety Meeting: Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center. Your entry will not be allowed to participate without a primary representative attending the meeting.

    Minor Participation: All participants under the age of 18 must have a completed Parental Consent Form signed by a legal parent or guardian. All parade organizers must list every participant under the age of 18 on the parade roster.
