I moved to Fairbanks from upstate New York in 1998 to continue my education at UAF. What started out as a 2-year adventure has turned into a 25-year commitment to Fairbanks. Like most Alaskans, I enjoy hunting and fishing and exploring this amazing place we call home, whether that’s floating a river or skiing to a cabin or chasing the Aurora. My wife and I have two boys that are active in sports and keep us on our toes.
As a principal and the business development director for an engineering company, I have forged relationships with businesses, elected officials, and agency staff across the Interior. I hope to bring these relationships to bear in my role as the Board Chair and continue connecting people with the resources they need to succeed.
